Kick Plate Solid Aluminum 6 inch X 30 inch X 18 Gauge

Kick Plates of Solid Aluminum by Amerock are both beautiful and long-lasting. These kickplates will enhance the impact of both exterior and interior doors. Kick plates are used to cover the damage done to unprotected doors, and to prevent damage to new doors.

These solid brass plates are coated with a durable clear finish. In commercial situations where there is much wear and tear by carts, etc., these are a great choice because they can be refinished like new by stripping the old clear coat, polishing the Aluminum with steel wool, and applying a new clear coat. You cannot do that with those new acrylic plates or with the kick plates that are just steel with a nickel finish!

Comes complete with matching mounting screws and instructions for installation and maintenance.

You should select a kick plate that is at least 1 inch and preferably 2 inch shorter than the width of your door to give clearance on each side.
