This is a flashy little knob and we sell lots of them to furniture makers, BUT,as with many things in this world, beauty and utility are at odds. It is not this knobs fault. It might be considered cheap, but it is constructed as well as any knob in its usage class. It is just pretty and not sturdy. This knob is made for use on light weight drawers and doors in areas of moderate usage. This is not a knob that works in your kitchen with all those heavy silverware drawers and such. The majority of orders ship by USPS Ground Advantage. (3-5 days delivery to most of the United States). If the package is large, heavy or bulky, we will ship via UPS Ground. If shipping carrier other than our choice is requested, additional charges may result.

If package is returned to us due to address issues or no USPS delivery at the location, customer is responsible for the cost of  shipping for us to ship again.
