PLEASE READ THESE POLICIES IN FULL FOR YOUR BENEFIT AND OURS.
The way our system is set up, you will not see your wholesale discount until you reach $62.50 RETAIL value. At that point you will see your wholesale discount applied and your cart total will reflect the new wholesale price. You will always see retail pricing in the store for now, but your discount will be very clear in the cart and checkout process.
- $50 is the minimum wholesale order. In the past we had no minimum, but that has become a big loser for us. Under $50 and less is not a typical "wholesale" purchase. Drop shippers that are/were taking advantage of the small order option will have to pay retail pricing and tiered retail shipping. We will gladly continue to drop ship for you and I'm sorry this service must end.
- Wholesale customers are responsible for the cost of shipping their orders. With the wide variance in cost of shipping and weight, we cannot calculate this cost ahead. We always pass our shipping discounts on to you, and never make any money on the shipping.
- After placing your 1st order you will receive an invoice for the shipping at the e-mail address you provided. You may either call in to place a card on file with us for this and future shipping costs, or you can continue using the secure invoice link after each order.
- No additional discounts or coupons may be applied on top of wholesale pricing.
Reselling Policies
All of our wholesale customers are allowed to resell our products in retail locations as well as to publish and sell D. Lawless Hardware products on sales platforms such as Ebay, Amazon, Etsy, and others. We do not furnish feeds or spreadsheets of our products.
Please note the following:
- Regarding Images - Images on dlawlesshardware.com are the property of D. Lawless Hardware and other original content providers who have given us permission to use their photography for our mutual benefit.
- Regarding the Use of Images - D. Lawless Hardware (DLH) permits the use of ONLY THE PRIMARY IMAGE (the first) image posted with the product. Image of the items in use, mounted on furniture, kitchens, and etc. are property of D. Lawless Hardware and our contributors.
- UPCs - Do not create UPCs for D. Lawless Hardware products. If requested, we will furnish UPC codes for the products you purchase. You can use our SKUs, but please do not associate them with any UPC other than one furnished by us.
- These are non-exclusive rights to resell D. Lawless Hardware products.
- If you are reselling brands besides D. Lawless Hardware then you are subject to any contractual or business agreements D. Lawless Hardware has made with that other brand. Failure to abide by agreements between D. Lawless Hardware and outside entities will almost surely result in a suspension of your business with D. Lawless Hardware. Some things will of course be impossible to know, we only ask for reasonably quick action once a violation is brought to your attention.

*Net30 accounts should put "Net30" in the comments of their orders. Our cart and checkout are "authorize only" transactions and we will then know not to capture your funds and we can bill according to our Net30 Terms.
