These are 100 percent solid brass. They are hand cast in sand molds and polished by hand as antique replicas. Sand casting requires rough areas to be polished out. Inside corners and crevasses are especially hard to polish and this detail is individual as all hand work is. This process duplicates the original quality of antique hardware. It is not perfect.
Solid Brass - This pull would be appropriate for a wide range of furniture styles, cabinets and drawers. Recently used on a dresser makeover on the DIY blog Sheer Seredipity as seen in the additional images above. The next couple photos of this drop pull come from The Furniture Fairies!
